Both current and new customers can now make payments for Family 2 Family Tutoring services using our online PayPal service.
**Most tutoring sessions are bundle in packages. Rates depend on the number of tutoring weeks purchased.
A payment plan can be set up if you purchase a tutoring package. However, if you do not need lots of tutoring hours, you may choose the "Family Flexible Hours Option". With the family flexible hours , you can choose the number of hours you feel comfortable with in advance.

Payment Policy:
Our preferred payment method is through PayPal. Credit card/Debit card payments can be made by using our highly secured Pay Pal service. Consultation is FREE but payments must be made before tutoring sessions can begin. Family 2 Family will charge client a $35.00 NSF for ALL declined transactions.
Session Cancellation:
We are very flexible and more than willing to work within your schedule. If for any reason you are unable to engage in a tutoring appointment, let our office know 24 hours in advance so that we can reschedule the tutoring session. You will be billed a cancellation fee of $10.00 if the notice of cancellation is not given at least 24 hours in advance by phone. Please do not use our e-mail address for cancellations/rescheduling
